The Spanish certificate course at Euro-FH is systematically structured and will guide you to solid Spanish language skills. Among the Romance languages, Spanish is a particularly important global language in business. Professionals with good Spanish skills are in demand in many industries. This applies to the travel and tourism sector as well as to the importing and exporting industry.
You can refresh existing knowledge or learn the language from scratch. In either case, you will expand your vocabulary beyond basic communication skills. You will learn more about Spanish life, the country, its people, and its culture. You will also practice understanding difficult texts and formulating content appropriately for different situations.
With multimedia CDs and exercises, you will train your listening comprehension and oral expression. You can submit oral exercises online, for example as MP3 files. The study materials include 2 textbooks with multimedia content and 1 workbook with lesson texts and listening comprehension exercises. In addition, there are 2 companion booklets, 5 study booklets, 1 reading book with a companion booklet, and a dictionary. A practice book for exam preparation with an audio CD is also included.
You can start at any time and study up to 100 percent online. The study duration is 9 months, and you can extend it free of charge by 5 months. You can test the course free of charge for four weeks. There is no NC (numerus clausus).
Basic knowledge of Spanish is helpful but not a requirement. From the start, you will be accompanied by personal study support. Specialized academic tutors are available for subject-related questions. Your assignments will be corrected, and you will receive comprehensive feedback.
Finally, the course prepares you intensively for the exam for the Diploma de Español. This includes extensive reviews and a realistic exam simulation. After successfully completing 16 assignments, you will receive your university certificate with 16 credits. This means the course can be credited towards a university degree. Additionally, you can take an external exam at a Spanish examination center in Germany.
