In the seminar "KI im Marketing", you get a practice-oriented insight into how you can professionally use artificial intelligence in your everyday marketing. You learn to select suitable tools and generate content efficiently. At the same time, you stay legally compliant within the framework of GDPR and the EU AI Act.
The first part covers the basics, potentials and strategic goals of AI in marketing. You see the areas of application, from personalization to customer loyalty to the automation of marketing processes. Data-based analyses, forecasting models and the optimization of advertising measures are also covered.
The second part is about generating content for various marketing tools. You create texts for content marketing, SEO and email campaigns. Images for social media, ads and web design are included, as well as videos for commercials and organic content.
The third part deals with opportunities, risks and practical implementation. You evaluate the new possibilities and classify legal and ethical aspects, such as GDPR and the EU AI Act. Case studies, best practices and an outlook on upcoming trends round off the program.
The seminar lasts two days, each from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You book it live online or as an in-person appointment at locations in the DACH region. The group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants. The provider guarantees the course will take place and allows free cancellation up to 30 days before the start.
