The IHK seminar "AI in HR: Opportunities, Challenges and Strategies" takes place completely live online. Artificial intelligence is changing HR work. In the seminar, you clarify how it really works, where the opportunities lie and where the challenges lie.
At the beginning is the basic understanding. You deal with how artificial intelligence works, especially neural networks and current reasoning technologies. You also get a practical overview of tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and NotebookLM.
One block focuses on the safe and compliant use of AI in the company. Topics include data protection, data security and the EU AI Act. In addition, there are the methodological basics of prompting, including iterative working methods for the targeted improvement of your results.
The workshop character is the focus. You develop your own use cases, for example for recruiting, onboarding, employee appraisals or personnel development. Afterwards, you exchange ideas about the results and get input on knowledge management around AI.
The course is aimed at specialists and managers, HR managers and anyone with leadership responsibilities. You don't need any prior knowledge of AI. The event takes place online; the access data will be sent in good time before the start of the appointment.
A session lasts 8 teaching units, each Tuesday from 09:00 to 16:30. Afterwards you will receive an IHK certificate of participation. According to the provider, the continuing education supports the development of AI competence within the meaning of Art. 4 KI-VO.
If you want to book the seminar exclusively for your own company, you can also book it as an in-house event. This is possible at the education center or directly on site at the company.
