You will learn the basics of business administration and controlling instruments. Legal framework conditions for the health and social sector are also included. For the non-profit sector, you develop your own marketing strategies. You implement quality management specifically in practice.
A focus is on modern HR processes, from recruitment to personnel development. You practice project management and team communication for multiprofessional structures. Vocational training and young talent development are also covered in a practice-oriented manner.
