The course "Transformation Expert Industrie 4.0/5.0 mit Arbeitsrecht" consists of two parts. In the first part, you dive into the key concepts of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. You classify the industrial revolutions and development stages. This includes maturity models, corporate diagnostics, and current trends in the industry.
Then come the key technologies. You learn about collaborative robotics, human-machine collaboration, additive manufacturing, and 3D printing. Sensor technology, M2M communication, blockchain in the supply chain, digital twins, and smart factory are on the agenda. A separate block covers the Internet of Things and the leap to AIoT.
Artificial intelligence runs through the course. You look at generative AI and machine learning in industrial processes. It's about the role of humans in digital transformation and ergonomic assistance systems. Upskilling, reskilling, self-organization, and digital leadership are also covered.
The legal block covers GDPR, BDSG, and the IT Security Act. You classify KRITIS, cybersecurity, AI Act, and Green Deal in the industry context. Ethics, fairness, transparency, and psychosocial aspects of the transformation get their own section. The first part ends with a project work and certification exam.
The second part revolves around labor law. You work with employment and collective bargaining agreements, the Evidence Act, and the review of standard terms in employment contracts. The AGG, application procedures, and pay transparency are separate topics. Works constitution law, parental leave, maternity protection, warning, and dismissal round out the part. A module shows you how to use AI in the work process in a legally compliant manner.
The lessons run live via the alfaview® video technology. You learn either from home or at the local education center. This is not a self-learning system, but real-time lessons with a lecturer. The courses typically consist of 6 to 25 participants. The course lasts 8 weeks full-time.

It is particularly suitable for employees from production, maintenance, logistics, controlling, administration, HR, and innovation management. At the end, there are practice-oriented project work with final presentations.
