About this online course

Basic information

Do you know that feeling? After a conversation, you think of what you should have said. That's exactly where this online seminar starts. It's about confident behavior in challenging conversations, during conflicts, and in everyday interactions with supervisors, colleagues, and team members. You learn to enhance your impact through active communication and authentic behavior.

Content-wise, you start with yourself. You recognize your own communication patterns and those of your conversation partners and influence them specifically. Through active listening, you better understand the needs and desires of the other side. A separate section is dedicated to body language and the impact of non-verbal information.

After that, it's about your standpoint. You build an effective chain of arguments and learn what matters when putting it into practice. Empathy and consistency go hand in hand, so you practice perception, appreciation, and clarity. Finally, the agenda includes quick-wittedness in the face of personal attacks and handling difficult conversations with appropriate questioning techniques.

The seminar runs for one day from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and takes place live online. For 2026, five dates are available: Feb 11, Apr 29, Jun 4, Sep 22, and Nov 10. You select the date directly when booking.

Methodologically, the seminar has a workshop character. The trainer input comes with many practical examples, along with individual and group work. You analyze and practice real-life examples and do communication exercises. The provider names a high practical transfer to your professional everyday life as the goal.

The seminar is aimed at current and aspiring managers. It is also suitable for employees from all areas who want to argue confidently and assertively. The booking code is P3.7. The seminar includes detailed digital seminar materials and a digital certificate of participation.
