You cannot not communicate, as Paul Watzlawick puts it. The body always speaks along. Facial expressions, gestures, tone of voice, posture, and gait leave a lasting impression. They shape sympathy and antipathy more clearly than anything you say. This is exactly where this two-day online seminar comes in.
The first block covers the principles of rhetoric. You clarify what makes you convincing when speaking. Being convinced, speaking convincingly, and appearing convincing are interconnected. Authenticity, self-confidence, and personality are the foundation. Then you work on your voice, i.e., volume, modulation, tempo, and pauses.
The second focus is on body language. You become aware of your own signals and improve your posture, gestures, facial expressions, and eye contact. Self-confidence, charisma, and outward appearance are also topics. Voice, body, and breathing exercises ensure a good balance.
Then it becomes linguistic. You learn the different levels of communication and practice supportive techniques. On the topic of argumentation, the goal is to argue in a structured and comprehensible way. Formulating positively and thereby achieving more is a separate point.
Finally, special conversation situations are on the agenda. You reduce stress and stage fright and maintain calm and composure. Handling misunderstandings, resistance, and conflicts is practiced. Honestly, this is the part I need most often in my daily work.
The format is designed as a 2-day seminar, each day from 09:00 to 16:30. Five dates are available for selection in 2026. The methodology consists of trainer input with many practical examples, individual and group work, and communication exercises. Practical examples are analyzed and practiced; the transfer to your daily work is high.
The target audience is specialists and managers who want to review and optimize their conversation skills. After the seminar, you will receive a digital certificate of participation. The detailed digital seminar materials are included. The booking code of the seminar is P3.6.
