Basic information

The distance learning course "Certified UX Designer" at ILS focuses on the interface between humans and machines. You start with tasks and processes in UX design and a user-centered perspective. It covers questions about what the user wants and expects. To find out, users are interviewed and their requirements are documented.

After that, as a UX designer, you search for solutions. You use creativity methods, e.g. design thinking. You discuss and present the ideas in the team. For collaboration, you use the virtual whiteboard software Miro.

The results lead to initial prototypes of the website. For this, you work with Figma and build click-through prototypes that respond to input. Visual design provides the optical finishing touches, again with Figma. At the end, you hand over the prototype to the developers.
