In the Cisco ENARSI seminar, you learn how to install and configure advanced routing and infrastructure technologies in an enterprise network. You operate them in day-to-day operations and perform targeted troubleshooting. The course builds on the topics from ENCOR. It specifically prepares you for the 300-410 ENARSI exam, which leads to the CCNP Enterprise certification.
You configure, optimize, and troubleshoot classic and named EIGRP for IPv4 and IPv6, as well as OSPFv2 and OSPFv3. With MP-BGP, you practice configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting in IPv4 and IPv6 environments. Another focus is on MPLS: you learn the architecture of MPLS VPNs. You also understand how packets are forwarded in such an environment.
Additionally, you implement Cisco IOS DMVPNs and DHCP. You control paths with PBR and IP SLA and filter route redistribution. In terms of security, the focus is on tools for IPv6 First Hop Security and securing Cisco routers. This includes troubleshooting the security functions of the infrastructure.
The seminar is aimed at enterprise network engineers, system engineers, and system and network administrators. Before you participate, you should have a fundamental understanding of network basics, the implementation of LANs, and the management and securing of network devices. Two Cisco courses are recommended beforehand: Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA). In addition, Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (ENCOR).
The training lasts five days and takes place as an in-person session in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, or Frankfurt am Main. Alternatively, you can book it as a virtual classroom with an instructor. Theory and practice alternate, and you can exchange ideas directly with trainers who have project experience and other participants.
After successful participation, you receive a certificate of participation and, additionally, a digital Open Badge as proof of competence. You retrieve the Open Badge from your personal customer account and share it on social networks. The seminar takes place in cooperation with the Cisco Learning Partner Fast Lane Institute for Knowledge Transfer GmbH.
