The university course "Personnel Recruitment" from Euro-FH is divided into two study units. The first unit introduces you to the relevance and strategic design of talent management. You learn to analyze needs and competencies and to identify individuals with potential. The selection, promotion, and retention of talents are also part of it.
The second study unit shows you the fields of action in personnel recruitment. You select promising strategies and channels to fill key and bottleneck functions. This involves innovative methods of personnel marketing and employer branding. The goal is for a company to stand out in the competition for skilled workers.
Another focus is on employee retention and retention management. You learn to advise organizations on the design of work, compensation, and culture topics. The candidate experience in the selection and onboarding process is also part of the content. This way, you work specifically on retaining qualified employees in the phases of recruiting, onboarding, and collaboration.
The course runs for 4 months and starts at any time. An extension of 2 months is free. As study materials, you get 4 study books, and learning is up to 100 percent online. You can test the course free of charge for four weeks.
The target group is HR managers and executives for whom personnel recruitment and retention are central tasks. There is no numerus clausus. You will be supported by a personal study advisor, specialized subject tutors, and lecturers. You receive corrections and comprehensive feedback on your assignments.
After three successfully completed assignments, you receive your university certificate from Euro-FH. If you also pass an exam, the certificate also shows the 6 credits. This means the course can be credited toward a university degree. Euro-FH generally credits it toward an undergraduate distance learning program.
