The module series "KI in HR" from BIWE Akademie shows you how artificial intelligence is changing HR work. AI is seen here not as a mere tool, but as a strategic partner for modern HR tasks. You gain knowledge about the possibilities and limits of generative AI. Afterwards, you systematically integrate it into existing HR processes.
Module 1 starts with the basics. You clarify terms and functions and look at relevant AI tools in the HR context. This also includes the prompting basics with role, context, task and quality criteria. At the end, you develop and test your first own HR use cases.
Module 2 focuses on AI-supported HR project work. You sharpen your own project, clarify the target vision and benefits, and determine the role of AI in it. A demo case on knowledge management shows AI-supported knowledge transparency, documentation and HR service structures. At the end, you have your own implementation concept.
Module 3 revolves around AI agents. You clarify what an agent is, what tasks and limits it has, and which HR use cases are suitable. Onboarding, knowledge access, FAQ, learning and process support are mentioned. Then you design and build a simple HR agent.
Module 4 covers legally compliant use. Topics are the AI Act, data protection, automated decisions, discrimination risks and high-risk AI. The co-determination of the works council is also addressed. Finally, it deals with risk assessment, responsibilities, transparency, documentation and internal guidelines.
The series is aimed at HR specialists and managers as well as personnel and organizational development. It also addresses HR directors, HR business partners, recruiting, active sourcing and employer branding. Additionally, those responsible for learning and development, knowledge management and internal communication are included. Managements of small and medium-sized companies, works councils and interest groups are also addressed.
The module series comprises 15 hours and runs virtually. You book it as a package or take the four modules individually and independently of each other. The trainer is Sabine Kraske, the seminar number is TP-5611. The provider mentions a completion certificate on the course page.
