The course "Leadership Development Course" at Kebel Training is a real behavioral training, not just a lecture. You take a close look at your personal behavior in leadership and collaboration. The methodology is deliberately unusual, making it hard to gloss over behavior that hinders cooperation. The training relies on your own initiative and leaves room for reflection and new behaviors.
Day 1 covers your understanding of leadership and how you come across to others, including self-presentation with rolling feedback. Day 2 focuses on self-responsibility, your self-image compared to the external image, and handling relationships at work. On the third day, the focus is on successful communication, employee motivation, and a final presentation. Each training day runs from 9:00 to 16:00.
The course is aimed at people with current or planned leadership responsibilities. You reflect on your understanding of leadership, your impact, and your communication based on practical leadership situations. You don't need any special prior knowledge, but a connection to an existing or upcoming leadership role is useful.
After successful participation, you will receive a certificate of attendance from Kebel Training. The provider guarantees that all confirmed dates will take place even with just one participant. If you are not satisfied, you can repeat the course for free according to Kebel.
You book the course live-online or in person in Dortmund, Essen or Münster, each at the same price. I find the format with rolling feedback rounds over three days more useful than a single theory day. Alternatively, Kebel also organizes the course as an individual company or in-house training with dates and content to be agreed upon.
