The "From Employee to Supervisor Advanced Course" is aimed at you if you have recently taken on management responsibility. After the basic course, you take stock of your first experiences as a manager. From your personal position assessment, you derive methods for reflective leadership.
On the first day, you reflect on your personal leadership style and your strengths in leadership behavior. You deal with conflict psychology, i.e., the causes and dynamics of conflicts in working life. In conflict management, you practice conducting conflict conversations.
On the second day, you learn special communication techniques for conflict resolution. Self-management forms the basis for good leadership. You practice planning, setting priorities, and how to create and maintain order in your daily leadership routine.
The course is suitable for team leaders, project managers, and shift supervisors with initial leadership experience. You should have attended the basic course "From Employee to Supervisor Part 1" or have comparable knowledge. The advanced course assumes a fundamental understanding of your role as a supervisor.
The method combines theory, exercises, group work, and exchange of experience. You attend the seminar live online as a webinar or in person at one of 18 locations. Kebel Training also offers the course as individual company or in-house training for your team.
After successful participation, you receive a certificate of participation for the advanced course. Kebel Training guarantees the conduct of all confirmed dates, starting from the first participant.
