Inexperienced interviewers often settle for superficial answers, on the basis of which no well-founded decision can be made. In the training, you therefore learn professional interview techniques and methods. This allows you to conduct hiring interviews confidently and make balanced personnel decisions in your area. This also includes the entire process flow around the hiring interview.
You practice the use of proven conversation and questioning techniques with which you design job interviews flexibly and purposefully. Practical exercises and exchange with other participants show you how to conduct hiring interviews efficiently in everyday life.
Content-wise, it covers the job requirements and selection criteria. This includes the review and evaluation of application documents as well as the form, preparation, and course of the job interview. Further topics are conversation and questioning techniques, elements of body language, and a requirements- and position-related interview guide. At the end, there is feedback to applicants, evaluation and decision-making, as well as typical pitfalls and perception errors.
The offer is aimed at specialists and managers from HR as well as interested managers from other areas.
The seminar takes place as a two-day in-person event at the IHK Center for Continuing Education in Heilbronn. The times are from 08:30 to 16:30 each day, a total of 16 teaching units. You complete it with a certificate of participation. The provider also offers the seminar as an in-house option for companies.
