Predictive Maintenance is one of the central elements on the path to Industry 4.0. The training shows you how to proactively maintain a system using sensor technology that is independent of the control system. You'll start with the fundamentals of condition monitoring.
You will see how sensor technology can be integrated into existing systems in three simple steps. The pros and cons of the technologies used, wired solutions, and radio technologies such as LoRaWAN and IO-Link are covered. At the end of the chain is the dynamic maintenance plan.
The training is delivered in a blended-learning format. It combines self-study phases with interactive group learning phases. The self-study phase comprises 15 teaching units, while the group learning phase consists of 10 teaching units in four online workshops. Make sure to allocate enough time for self-study.
The offer is aimed at trainers and vocational school teachers in production environments. The group is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. A dedicated module focuses on transferring the learning to everyday training practice.
After the training, you can pass on the basics and terminology of predictive maintenance to apprentices. You will outline the process of introduction and pilot projects, and define alarms and rules. This also includes integration into maintenance and setup plans.
