About this online course

Basic information

This partial qualification is the first of seven building blocks on the path to becoming a specialist in warehouse logistics. You qualify step by step, each TQ ends with an IHK certificate. The concept corresponds to the nationally recognized BIBB standard.

Content-wise, it covers work organization, information and communication. This also includes logistical processes and quality assurance measures. You learn the use of work equipment and the receipt of goods. At the end, you independently perform goods receipt, check the delivery and process it correctly.

The classes take place exclusively online, with a female or male instructor in the virtual classroom. Microsoft Teams, Vitero or similar tools are used. You sit at your bfz location and use the technical equipment there. Female and male learning process companions support you on site throughout the entire training period. If you want to participate from home, you need the approval of your cost bearer.

The course runs full-time over 18 weeks and comprises 440 teaching units. Classes are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:45, and Friday from 08:00 to 13:45. A practical learning phase in a company is included. The company-based qualification phase takes place at companies in the region.

The target group includes job seekers, people without a vocational qualification, and women and men returning to work. You need a sufficient language level, at least B1. For the digital learning format, B2 is required. High learning motivation and concentration ability are also required. bfz will assess your suitability together with you in a personal consultation.

After successful competence assessment, you receive an IHK certificate. In addition, a vbw certificate, a bfz certificate, a certificate of attendance, and the job-qualifying partial qualification are listed as types of completion. The measure is AZAV certified.

Funding options listed include the Federal Employment Agency, Job Center, Bildungsgutschein (education voucher), and the Qualification Opportunities Act.
