The continuing education course "Advanced Strategic Personnel Development" shows you how to strategically build modern personnel development. You learn to systematically identify development needs and select appropriate measures. In the end, you align personnel development clearly with company goals.
In the first block, the focus is on the strategic alignment of personnel development, from pure administration to strategic partnership. You determine the status quo of your own HR development strategy and derive specific action points from it.
Afterwards, you learn methods and tools of potential analysis, including assessment centers, 360-degree feedback, and employee meetings. You also practice competency-based needs analysis with an employee portfolio.
In the third block, you design development measures, from soft skills to leadership development. Topics include sponsorships, mentoring, coaching, as well as job enlargement, job enrichment, and job rotation. In educational controlling, you work with key figures and return on investment.
Finally, the focus is on current trends: skills management, upskilling, reskilling, and new digital learning formats in personnel development. In a practice transfer, you analyze your own personnel development and derive concrete action approaches.
