In the course "Strategische Personalentwicklung Kurs" you learn the structure and active design of strategic personnel development. You are taught specialist knowledge about the most important tools of personnel development.
You learn how to develop systematic and needs-based personnel development concepts. From this you derive specific measures for individual employee development.
A focus is on the implementation-ready creation of a practical concept. You develop it for a relevant personnel development measure in your company.
In terms of content, it covers the basics and success prerequisites of strategic personnel development, the determination of development needs as well as needs-based planning and control. Added to this are the implementation of appropriate measures, personnel development controlling, and collaboration with trainers and consultants.
The course lasts 2 days, daily from 09:00 to 16:00. You attend it as a live online training or as an in-person seminar in one of the training centers.
The target group is specialists and managers with initial experience in personnel development who want to further professionalize themselves. You don't need any prerequisites, but professional points of contact with HR topics will help you with the practical transfer.
After successful participation you will receive a certificate of participation. Alternatively, your company books the course as an individual company or in-house training, with dates, location and content by arrangement.
