The course "IT-Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement" by MOD Education focuses on digital recruiting with AI support. You work with recruiting technologies, applicant management systems, and data-based selection processes. According to the provider, you will then manage the entire recruiting funnel, from job posting to candidate experience.
The first chapter covers recruiting technologies and AI processes. You get an overview of common recruiting tools and job profiles in IT and the digital economy. In the practical part, you implement tools and test their functions. Bias risks and ethical challenges are also discussed.
The second chapter is about digital applicant management and data-based strategies. You write high-performance job postings, develop multiposting strategies, and implement GDPR-compliant systems. Employer branding on social media, IT-based active outreach, and planning recruiting campaigns are part of it.
The third chapter is a deep dive into algorithmic decision-making, or ADM. You learn the difference between scalable and non-scalable selection processes. Collaboration with headhunters and freelancers is deepened, along with legal challenges in IT recruiting. With advanced data analysis, you track performance and KPIs.
The course is conducted remotely as a live online format, optionally full-time or part-time. The duration is six weeks. For beginners, there is an extra module on Google Workspace with 50 teaching units in five days. According to the provider, you don't need any technical prerequisites, just a laptop and a solid internet connection.
