Business Spanish is aimed at anyone who wants to use Spanish not generally but specifically for their career. The lessons prepare you for real professional situations: meetings, negotiations, emails, presentations, and customer conversations. The focus is on your own work situation, not a rigid standard program.
In terms of content, you train business communication such as professional emails, reports, and presentations. This is complemented by meetings and negotiations where you structure conversations, ask questions, agree, disagree, and record results. Intercultural competence is also included: politeness, conversational style, and business etiquette in Spanish-speaking regions. The program is supplemented by specialized vocabulary from areas such as finance, marketing, tourism, medicine, logistics, administration, and international trade.
The lessons take place online via video call, in 60-minute units. The level and topics are individually tailored to your language level (A2 to C1) and your professional goal. Materials used include email examples, dialogues, presentation building blocks, conversation structures, and vocabulary lists. Specific tasks are also practiced, such as a product presentation, a business phone call, replying to a Spanish-language email, or a contract negotiation.
The target audience includes specialists and managers, self-employed individuals and freelancers who communicate with customers or partners in Spanish. Also included are expats, career starters, sales and marketing teams, as well as HR managers who conduct job interviews in Spanish. Companies and students with professional goals are also part of the target group. Business Spanish can also be booked for teams and companies, with content adapted to industry, role, and communication goals.
Upon completion, a certificate of participation with a topic overview is available on request. For formal language certificates, the provider additionally recommends DELE or SIELE preparation.
A special feature is the business dialogue training. Typical conversation situations from everyday professional life are practiced using role plays, with targeted feedback on language, style, and impact. MundoDele has been teaching since 2006 and emphasizes personal support rather than automated mass courses.
