Online Spanish course C2

The course is designed for learners with very good language skills in Spanish. You speak Spanish very well and almost flawlessly and want to further develop your knowledge. The course is flexible, has a good structure, and includes a guide. You learn at your own pace and are supported by a teacher.

The course material consists of 12 lessons. Each lesson contains between 12 and 15 entertaining and varied exercises. Grammar topics at this level are explained from the perspective of grammar for native speakers. Many exercises have solutions at the end of the lesson. Others you send to the instructor by email for correction.

The course includes a large selection of video material. This includes conferences, TV shows, and videos from renowned media outlets. You hear different Spanish speakers on current topics. The accompanying exercises test your comprehension and written expression. You read a non-fiction book together, work with various text types, and deal with opinion articles.

You send your audio exercises to the teacher as a voice message, who corrects them. The course does not have a fixed schedule. You decide yourself when and at what pace you work. For the entire course, you need 240 hours of work time. CELA recommends taking your time for it.

Anyone who has completed the C1 course at CELA continues directly here. New learners first take a placement test. Afterward, you receive a free trial lesson. For the work, you need a PC or laptop, a mobile phone for voice messages, and internet access. Two notebooks are also included, one for grammar and vocabulary, one for corrections.

You receive the certificate once all exercises have been completed and corrected. Before that, there is a short oral exam via video conference. The author and teacher of the course is Dr. Sabine Löffler, the director of CELA. She holds a doctorate in linguistics from UNED in Spain and has been teaching Spanish since 1992.
