The continuing education course “Industrie 4.0: Transformation Expert (TÜV)” shows you how Industry 4.0 can be concretely implemented in manufacturing, logistics, and maintenance. You examine which options are suitable for your company and initiate first steps. In doing so, you learn central concepts and key technologies for digital transformation and find out what you can tackle directly.
You then manage your implementation processes based on key figures and bring yourself up to date on the latest developments in Industry 4.0. Numerous example approaches from other companies and the practical experience of the speakers are incorporated into the seminar. In addition to the digital key technologies for production, logistics, and maintenance, it also addresses the challenges that the transformation poses for the organization and employees.
In terms of content, the four-day seminar ranges from introduction, definitions, and technical terms to horizontal and vertical integration, and on to key technologies such as Big Data, 3D printing, or assistance systems. You deal with the effects on business models, the core elements of a “Smart Factory”, and a phase model for your own implementation roadmap.
In addition, it covers the path from Lean to Smart in production as well as the effects on logistics, maintenance, organization, and employees. The seminar is aimed at Industry 4.0 officers, Industry 4.0 managers, and managers from production, maintenance, logistics, and controlling.
At the end, you demonstrate your acquired competence in the PersCert TÜV exam and, if successful, receive the digital, blockchain-secured personal certificate “Industrie 4.0 Transformation Expert (TÜV)”. It is internationally recognized (DE/EN) and meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024.
As a participant, you receive 8 weeks of free full access to the online product “Praxis Produktionsmanagement digital” from TÜV Media. The seminar takes place in person or in a virtual classroom and can therefore also be conducted online.
