The "DATEV Accounting Course" makes you fit for digital financial accounting with DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen Pro. The seminar is aimed at beginners with basic bookkeeping knowledge. Those switching from other systems are also welcome who want to map booking processes safely and efficiently in the DATEV environment. The focus is on the DATEV workplace, client and master data, booking batches, cash, bank, open items, digital documents and business evaluations.
The course combines technical accounting basics with concrete program practice. You learn to prepare documents in a structured way, record bookings cleanly, reconcile accounts, and use evaluations such as the BWA for decisions. Current digital workflows with DATEV Unternehmen online, Belege online, Bank online, electronic account statements and e-invoices are also part of the course.
The course runs over 2 days, each from 09:00 to 16:00. The first day is about basic orientation in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen Pro. Topics covered include workplace, navigation, program help, data management, client setup, master data and preparation of the booking period. The second day deepens practical bookkeeping with bank transactions, digital documents, open items and evaluations up to preparation for closing.
The seminar is aimed at employees from bookkeeping, accounting, tax firm and finance department with initial DATEV tasks. Self-employed individuals and commercial professionals with responsibility for documents, bank, cash, OPOS or BWA also benefit from it. Prerequisites are basic knowledge of bookkeeping, e.g., about debit and credit, accounts, documents and VAT. In addition, basic familiarity with Windows and commercial software is required. Initial DATEV experience is helpful but not mandatory.
You can choose to participate on-site in one of the training centers in the D-A-CH region or live-online, in groups with a maximum of 8 participants. Your participation includes training material, a certificate, for in-person events catering as well as personal support from trainers and the organization team. An official DATEV manufacturer exam is not associated with this seminar.
You only pay after the seminar, no prepayment is required. If you are dissatisfied, the provider offers to repeat the course free of charge or attend another training.
