The DATEV Accounting Certificate Course gives you the knowledge you need for professional bookkeeping and accounting. The focus is on working with the accounting software DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, with which you solve challenging tasks under the guidance of your instructors.
The course is divided into two parts. In the first part, you learn the basics of DATEV financial accounting. Each chapter begins with a problem description, followed by knowledge transfer and exercises that reinforce what you've learned. Account and posting comparisons continuously check your results.
In the second part, you work on a practical case. As a participant, you carry out the financial accounting for a simulated sole proprietorship, prepare the annual financial statements including asset accounting, and calculate the trade tax. You receive all necessary data sets digitally, so no time-consuming initial data entry is required.
The course is studied entirely online via the liveCampus of the Europäischer Hochschulverbund. The seminars take place live, and you can ask your instructors questions at any time via microphone or chat. You can catch up on missed sessions as recordings on the Campus as often as you like.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to expand or refresh their accounting knowledge in a practical way. This includes, for example, entrepreneurs, managers, office clerks, or returnees to financial accounting.
The Europäischer Hochschulverbund is an education partner of DATEV eG. For the course, it uses current DATEV software as well as prepared study materials from DATEV eG.
After successfully completing the sample case, you will receive the certificate from the Europäischer Hochschulverbund. The certificate course has been tested by the ZFU and approved under number 7251812.
