The seminar "KI-Compliance-Beauftragter (TÜV)" gives you a comprehensive insight into European AI regulation, the legally compliant risk assessment and classification of AI systems, and the resulting compliance requirements for manufacturers (providers), importers, dealers, and operators. The goal of the course is to build and sustainably strengthen your competence in the area of AI compliance.
The introduction covers the basics of the new AI Regulation: What is an AI system, how far does the scope of the AI Act extend, what opportunities and risks does AI bring to the company, and how can AI compliance be embedded into the compliance management system. The ethical use of AI is also addressed here.
A focus is on risk classification: prohibited AI, the risk-based approach with its risk levels, and the identification of high-risk AI using application examples. For high-risk AI, you work through the catalog of obligations for providers, importers, dealers, and operators, including conformity assessment procedures, special obligations for employers, as well as risk management and data management.
Next, it covers low-risk AI and other AI applications, the obligations regarding chatbots and synthetic audio, image, video, or text content, as well as transparency obligations for providers and users, and codes of conduct. This is supplemented by protection of secrets, data protection (GDPR), copyright and licensing law, liability law, and the obligation of the AI Act to build and maintain AI competence in the company.
In conclusion, you work out the contents of an AI policy, recommendations for reviewing and assessing AI use in the company, and a roadmap for implementing AI compliance. The workshop is aimed at compliance officers such as compliance officers and compliance representatives, as well as other practitioners who want to implement the AI Act in their own company.
The seminar comprises 16 teaching units and can be booked either in person at locations such as Cologne, Hamburg, or Hanover, or in a virtual classroom; guaranteed dates are available. Afterwards, you demonstrate your competence in the PersCert TÜV examination and receive the digital, blockchain-secured personal certificate "KI-Compliance-Beauftragte:r (TÜV)", which meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024.
