Office Assistant - Office Organization and Communication

The online continuing education course "Office Assistant - Office Organization and Communication" teaches you all the basics for entering the office. You learn office organization, document management and communication in everyday office life, plus MS Office and digital tools. A one-month internship gives you practical experience. I find the Bildungsgutschein (education voucher) model strong because the Federal Employment Agency or the Job Center covers the costs. After the basic module, you can specialize in secretariat, healthcare or administration with an advanced module.
