As a Digital Sales Manager, you make your company's sales process fit for the digital reality. You further develop the sales funnel, all the way to a holistic digital sales strategy. The "Certified Digital Sales Manager" continuing education course was designed in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences for Management (HdWM), Mannheim. Its overall concept, content, speakers, and examination follow their quality standards. You acquire know-how at the interface of digitalization, process design, and artificial intelligence and understand how purchasing behavior and sales channels are changing.
In the first mandatory module "Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in Sales," you learn the definition of digital sales. You also get an introduction to digitalization in sales. You deal with ideal customers, buyer personas, and psychology and get to know artificial intelligence as a digital assistant in sales. Other topics are lead generation and lead development in digital sales as well as digital selling with artificial intelligence.
In the second mandatory module "Digital Sales Strategy: Plan Systematically and Implement Professionally," you engage with artificial intelligence as a strategic control lever. You also deepen the strategic foundation of ideal customers and buyer persona advanced. You learn about dark funnel and pre-sales, new customer acquisition and lead management, as well as existing customer development as a growth strategy. The module is supplemented by account-based marketing & selling (ABM) and dealing with customer churn.
After the continuing education course, you receive a summary of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment to prepare for the final exam. The written e-exam "Certified Digital Sales Manager" lasts 45 minutes and takes place online on your own computer. After passing the exam, you receive the recognized certificate from Haufe Akademie and the University of Applied Sciences for Management, Mannheim. You also get a digital open badge.
The continuing education course is recommended for specialists and (junior) managers in B2B sales. This includes, for example, digital sales managers, sales and account managers, business development managers, and key account managers. Salespeople, sales managers, sales directors, key account managers, and managing directors who want to prepare their sales for digital transformation also benefit from the content.
In addition to the two mandatory modules, you get 12 months of free access to 5 e-learnings on the topic of artificial intelligence. These include, for example, prompt engineering and the use of AI in everyday work. You decide flexibly when and where you attend the modules. Completion within approx. 1 to 2 years is recommended.
