In the continuing education course "Praxiswissen Arbeitsrecht" (Practical Knowledge of Employment Law), you learn comprehensive knowledge about various aspects of employment law. The course covers important topics such as the design and legal foundations of employment and collective bargaining agreements, the rights and obligations of employers and employees, and the termination of employment relationships. These include, among other things, the different types of dismissal, the role of the works council, and the relevant deadlines.

A central topic is also the works constitution act, which regulates cooperation between the employer and the employee representative body. Furthermore, the dismissal protection law is covered, which shows basic rules for protecting employees against unjustified dismissal, as well as the basics of vocational training law.
