In the Scrum and Kanban seminar, you will learn the basics and benefits of agile working methods, which are becoming increasingly important in today's dynamic business world. The course begins with an introduction to agility, explaining how agile methods help support team development and meet changing customer needs. In dynamic markets, agile work enables flexible and effective responses to change, thereby increasing a company's competitiveness.
The continuing education teaches you how to shift from traditional, lengthy processes to faster, iterative cycles. This allows companies to develop their products together with their customers and bring them to market quickly. You will also learn about various agile methods and their areas of application, including Scrum and Kanban.
**Scrum** is introduced as a method originally developed for IT development, but it can also be established in other areas such as marketing and sales. The method uses the sprint format to process complex tasks more quickly and promotes flexibility as well as continuous improvement through retrospectives. In practical workshops, you will learn how Scrum works in practice, the different roles and rituals, as well as methods for moderating retrospectives.
**Kanban** is introduced as a method originating from Lean Manufacturing and is used in various industries. By visualizing workflows on a Kanban board, transparency is promoted, and bottlenecks can be quickly identified and resolved. A hands-on workshop shows you how to design and use Kanban boards to increase productivity through continuous improvements.
Participating in the seminar offers several benefits: You will gain in-depth insights into the application of successful agile practices from experienced trainers who share their industry knowledge and cases from start-ups to established companies. The target group for the seminar is people interested in optimizing processes, improving team dynamics, and more effectively meeting customer needs. Thanks to a maximum of 15 participants, individual learning success is guaranteed. In addition, participation can be state-funded, and there is a flexible cancellation option up to 14 days before the seminar starts.
