You deal with current trends, AI-supported recruiting tools and learn how to properly assess the applicant market and procurement channels.
In the area of personnel procurement, you systematically plan the recruiting process, from clarifying the order with managers to selecting suitable procurement channels. You get to know digital recruiting tools and campaigns, such as programmatic advertising, Google for Jobs and multi-posting systems. In addition, there is recruiting software such as ATS and TMS, key figures and budget planning, as well as active sourcing via platforms such as LinkedIn and Xing.
In the module Personnel Marketing and Employer Branding, you design a convincing career page and learn best practices for a strong employer presence.
